Ingredients
- 6 Chicken breasts; boned/sknnd
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- 8 oz Frozen conc. orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 2 cup Orange segments or canned mandarin oranges
- 2 Green onions; chopped
Instructions
Put chicken, ginger, salt, pepper & frozen orange juice in slow-cooking crockpot and cook on low 6 hours. Serve chicken on hot cooked rice on platter. Topp with coconut, orange segments and green onions. Serve chicken liquid in gravy boat, if desired.
