Th is no-cook salad is a nice contrasting side dish to go with slow-cooked chicken dinners.
Ingredients
■ 4 apples, cored and chopped
■ 4 stalks of celery, chopped
■ 2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped
■ Mayonnaise, as needed and to taste
Instructions
Mix together apples, celery, and nuts. Toss with just enough mayonnaise to moisten.
