Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 (4 oz.) skinned boned chicken breast halves
- Vegetable cooking spray
Procedure
Place chicken in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
