White Chicken Chili




Makes 6 servings


Ingredients


■  1 (24-ounce) can white beans
■  2 cups cooked and cubed chicken breast
■  1 cup chicken broth
■  2 medium onions, chopped
■  4 cloves garlic, minced
■  2 (4-ounce) cans chopped mild green chilies
■  1 teaspoon ground cumin
■  1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
■  Juice of 1 lime
■  Fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely, for garnish

Instructions


Put all the ingredients, except the lime juice and cilantro, into the slow cooker. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Just before serving, garnish with the lime juice and cilantro.
