PREP TIME:10 Minutes • START TO FINISH: 20 Minutes • 12 servings
Ingredients
1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese
1 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit
2 medium apples, each cut into 12 slices
24 round buttery crackers (about 3.5 oz)
¹⁄₂ cup apricot spreadable fruit
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line small cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil. With small knife, carefully cut jack-o’-lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing white rind and some of the cheese from under cuts to reveal face.
2. Using small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit into cutouts of face. Place Brie on cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and cheese is warm. Serve with apples, crackers and ½ cup apricot spreadable fruit.
Terrifying Tips
We suggest serving this dip with apple slices, but it tastes great
with pear slices, too.
The white coating, or rind, covering Brie is edible. When
heated, the rich, buttery cheese becomes very soft and
spreadable
