Ingredients
■ 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
■ ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
■ ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
■ ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
■ 4 medium-sized potatoes, thickly sliced
■ ¾ cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with half the seasonings and half the Parmesan cheese. Layer the potato slices over the chicken. Top with the remaining seasonings and cheese. Pour the salad dressing over all. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
